Pros

Great company to to get call center experience to elevate your career somewhere else! Nice coworkers!

Cons

Extremely poor management and HR department. Globe is a turtle company so everything is way behind todays technology. They expect a lot out of reps with low wages and no room for growth! I could go on all day but I hope globe can improve in the future they have the potential

Pros

I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

Cons

Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
