      1. Great CEO with vision 2. Great team - especially the core business team. 3. Great place to work (Globe Tower is like a campus in a high-rise)

      Cons

      1. Not great at new things all the time. 2. IT is a mess... Globe may be innovative, but at the end of the day the product and tech stack is still a telco.
