Pros
Working with Glocap to find a new role was a wonderful experience. When I first came to Glocap, I knew that I wanted to change my career path but I was not entirely sure what position would be a good fit for my skill set. Since Glocap covers many industry verticals, I spoke to a bunch of recruiters on the different teams so they could get to know my experience and we could openly discuss potential opportunities. The team of recruiters are easy to speak to, knowledgeable, patient and professional. They always responded quickly and thoughtfully to questions/emails. Within three months I started my new role at a great company and am very happy. The genuine staff even followed up on my first day to see how I was doing. Using Glocap made a process that could be daunting very easy. I highly recommend using Glocap if you would like help in finding a new place of employment!
