      The opera house is an interesting place to work, meet lots of people

      Cons

      Management don’t know what they’re doing half the time. HR is non existent. The workplace is toxic, they seem to champion bullying. Managers promote friends and family over others, and everyone who works there seems to be related to someone else. If you don’t have family in management they don’t care about you and will treat you badly
