Pros
I had an amazing experience at Gnomon Informatics. My manager was incredibly supportive, encouraged my personal and professional growth, and always respected a healthy work/life balance. The environment allowed me to take initiative and develop my skills while feeling truly valued as part of the team.
Cons
One area that could be improved is interdepartmental communication. The lack of clear coordination between departments sometimes left software engineers to carry a disproportionate share of the workload.
