– Constantly short-staffed, especially on weekends
– Callouts became the manager’s problem, even when corporate cut hours
– Upper management rarely visits but still finds ways to critique
– Micromanagement during visits (usually from men) who focus on dust instead of real support
– One higher-up literally wouldn’t introduce himself to the team, making everyone wonder, “Who tf is this guy?”
– Lack of follow-through and support when things go wrong
