Pros
If you want to do a sales job after completing engineering and the work culture and ambiance doesn't matter to you then it's a fine job
Cons
Ok. So you will be hired as GET doing techno commercial jobs. (70% commercial +30% technical). With a ctc of 4.12 which you will get at the end of the year. Almost 12000 per month will be secured in the company's fund as performance bonus for 6 months. That you will be getting at the end of the year.. That means first three months no salary.. After that for 6 months 17000 and after that 33000 that no one till now can confirm. And obviously the performance bonus is also a mystery. You will be doing sales... Roaming in the city.. Having pamphlets.. Distributing in shops.. Garage and apartment.. Asking them to visit gsg for servicing and all. The ceo is more like a unpleasant ill-informant professor who wants pin drop silence during induction and no doubts clearing session after that. And yes he will appreciate that type of employee who is good in buttering and licking. I have quit my job after attending the first day of training and the HR is so responsible and understanding that She didn't think of contacting my... Moreover I am getting mails for filling up the feedback form of training. They will say that they have tie ups with Bosch and Apollo but you will find some local company tires in the furst/second floor of building. The Trainee after the class Will go out with you to smoke ( yeah he can as he is a former employee of Mahindra and was a " team MEMBER" for designing XUV 500)
