The mentorship program also helps pair the less experienced staff with seasoned ones. The management is approachable too, enhancing transparency and boosting continuous improvement along the way.

Cons

Adapting to changes must be quick or there’s a risk of lagging behind.

Pros

I've worked with similar companies before, so I can appreciate the difference. Communication here is much better, and assignments don't change constantly without warning. Recruiters usually check in after placement and try to be as helpful as possible. The benefits and pay rates also compare favorably to what's offered locally.

Cons

Compensation varies by contractor and project.

• Reasonable deadlines • My manager is there to guide and support when necessary. • Always feels great to match people with the right job for them • Pleasant work environment where many lasting friendships have been made • Lots of restaurants around the office • Company events (even personal milestones are celebrated)

Cons

No. This was my first job straight out of college, and I’m still here.
