Chaotic ways of working even with the new changes which are suppose to be positive. The way it is being rolled out is a shambles and poorly communicate.High turnover on the team because people are not appreciated so you have too many clients and being overworked. Awful middle management with no leadership skills or qualities or experience. Favouritism is the key when it comes to promotions. People are promoted based on who they know and how much they get on with their manager instead of skills and experience in the industry. You won't feel valued or supported or appreciated unless you are one of the favourites. It’s good if you're happy to fly under the radar.l but not if you want any chance of developing. People leave if you want your skills and abilities to be noticed and nurtured. Don't expect HR to have your back.Incidents and issues get reported many times and nothing is ever done about them apart from a box ticking exercise of speaking to the team. No follow ups or improvements are implemented and the people who are reported get promoted lmao. Quarterly culture surveys are sent out because culture is apparently important but all feedback is ignored so why bother?
