Pros

some great people to work with and good benefits. ok work schedule depending on the shift you want

Cons

horrible company. while i worked there they dont like you apparently if you cant speak french or dont do everything through their eyes. theyll take your trainer away and expect you to pick up and go and blame you for stuff regardless whether its your fault or not. if your not in production itself then your jobs lifespan is limited because only production is babied and no one else. HR just gets paid to sit in their chairs and says they only get paid respond to emails and rest of everything is your responsibility. if you try to prove a point, challenge them on something, or even correct an issue then they threaten to fire you due to them having to work harder than what they want. so many other things i can say with how people get treated but this company doesnt care. they would rather let the issues keep going than to have a good work environment. and they also have a horrible turn over ratio

Pros

Very few pros beyond compensation and hybrid working.

Cons

Many, many cons. Do not work here if you cannot dedicate ALL of your waking hours, constantly. The organization is very lean and upper management is highly demanding but also completely ineffective at making decisions in a timely manner. People in the NY office are stretched beyond their reasonable human limits and the working environment is filled with smaller toxic groups that collude against people who use their PTO time "too often," have a life outside of working hours (you need to be available 24/7) or if you have to leave at a certain time for school or daycare pick up, etc. You'll catch on in a short time that this is not a place for thriving but only for surviving until your escape. There is a ton of contention between department leaders as well and the leadership/exec team has created an atmosphere of fear that your middle manager will never be able to manage the burden of ultimately creating relief from the overflow of demands. You will be unhappy by your decision to work here, and there is a lot of turnover (even with newer hires), and you can expect to fill in for those gaps for long periods of time.
