Pros
Remote work and mostly straightforward. The training is pretty solid now compared to what they initially had. I heard it's been overhauled and it was a breeze for me, but a lot of info.
Cons
No recent promos or raises for most employees, from what I've heard. Tech support has a lot of work to do and it feels like there's rarely a moment to catch your breath between more tickets. The team that creates new products and features doesn't collab with the support team, so we have to figure out how the new products and feature updates work on our own (hopefully before customers reach out with questions and issues about that update).
