Terrible project management philosophy within the company. Half of the office staff are interns, college kids, or H1B extensions looking for just a passable gig to maintain residency. The rest of the marketing-centric work is outsourced to India or completed by bottom-of-the-barrel freelancers on fiverr. The clients don't even know what's going on with their marketing dollars...there's no practices in place for reporting, upsells, hours completed.
