Pros
None. Toxic work culture and values
Cons
One of the most concerning practices at GoTeam is how the Great Place To Work (GPTW) survey is conducted. If the company is confident in its culture, why exclude nearly 90% of team members who received a Notice to Explain from participating? This selective participation creates a distorted picture of the workplace. The core issue stems from the CEO’s leadership style. Many team members experience a culture shaped by the CEO’s toxic values—behaviors that promote fear, inconsistency, and a lack of psychological safety. Instead of addressing these cultural problems head-on, leadership appears more focused on controlling survey outcomes to maintain a favorable public image. If GoTeam genuinely wants to improve, it must allow all team members to participate in feedback mechanisms, acknowledge the cultural issues driven from the top, and invest in rebuilding a healthy, transparent, and respectful workplace environment.
