      Pros

      Nice company parties, merchandise. The pay and hours are ok

      Cons

      The management here sucks. They will lie to you and use you for their own good but not recognize you and take credit for themselves. If you are not a favorite then you are expendable.

      It’s unfortunate to hear of your experience with your manager. It sounds like you had some specific challenges regarding trust and communication.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
