      The company culture is second to none and they offer great benefits

      Cons

      Lots of movement within the organization and new responsibilities with little to no support which leads to unreasonable expectations from management.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
