Good colleagues, great benefit package, challenging projects and environment, annual kickoff meetings, and free soda.
Cons
Middle management is the weakpoint of the company, almost every product line's manager is inadequate for the job, and that is saying things lightly. Promotion goes to yes-men, are hostile towards change, the business value they chase after are not anchored to reality. Communication between teams and products is also difficult.
