Unlimited PTO, employee resource groups, software to help sales beyond LinkedIn, remote work, they let you be yourself

Cons

Solutions have not changed much over the years, have increased prices over the years, some competitors have better tailored solutions, turnover is high which include employees and CEOs

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
