      Pros

      Could go into student nursing if that’s what you’re in to, but wouldn’t recommend training there. Rude team. Not sure why half of the staff even want to work with animals. Don’t seem to care about their patients.

      Rude staff. Looked down upon. Treated like a skivvy. No respect.

      Decent pay and holiday. Some clinics better than others.

      Cons

      Poor management. Big focus on money. Equipment is outdated and it’s very difficult to get purchases approved. Very cliquey. Poor staff retention.
