Pros
Remaining staff from before merger are fantastic workers.
Cons
New CEO is taking away benefits, punishing employees for events external to the company, and ruining what used to be one of the best places to work in Colorado. He recently forced 5 days a week in office with 24 hours notice on people who have had hybrid schedules for years and built their lives and families around that. Meanwhile, he has been nowhere to be seen, and misses important meetings and events any competent CEO would attend.
