Pros
Gogo used to be a great place to work. The culture was strong and collaborative. Employees were genuinely passionate about the work they were doing.
Cons
After the acquisition, everything changed — and not in a good way. The original culture disappeared almost immediately. Communication became poor, morale dropped, and the once-motivated teams started to disengage. The new CEO, a self-proclaimed Elon Musk fan, brought in a chaotic leadership style focused more on disruption than direction.
