A lot of employee turnovers. Which I think is the employees problem not the company.

The company provides a competitive starting salary for fresh graduates. It fosters a culture of self-expression by allowing employees to reflect the company’s products and values through their attire. It also provides a cafeteria and hosts occasional events that bring refreshment and balance amidst workloads.

Flood-prone area but manageable if there still a hybrid setup.
