Pros
Work available for most of the year, July/August off season
With casual 25% and shift loading u can get a decent income
Work 8-10hrs/day, 4 days per week, usually Mondays off
Weekly rotation between jobs make weeks pass swiftly
Health and Safety culture high, Environmental protection high
Shift supervisors friendly and supportive
Cons
Noise/Vibrations all day round
Summer hot and humid inside
Pineapple skin rashes might happen often
Top management not supportive, support and help is only a declaration
Results are attributed to the team as whole, regardless of anybody's personal effort
Equality is a great idea, however they have no means to distinguish between slackers and hard workers, so every body is treated "equally" and this really sucks
