Pros
The flexibility of schedule. Sometimes the management team is very understanding.
Cons
Starting out as a fun place to work, once the new management team took over, working there has been absolutly horrible. A typical day consists of as soon as you show up, putting your face to the plow in the busyness of the restaurant and working your tail off for 8 hours straight without a break, and then going home. If you want to eat (provided theres time, i.e. its slow and they want to save on labor), you have to pay for the food 50% off, which is somewhat understandable, but when you've worked 8 hours straight, with no break, no good job, and 4 complaining nitpicking, hypocritical bosses, all for anywhere from minimum wage to $10.00 an hour...i think you deserve a freaking meal! All in all at the end of the day and when you get your paycheck, you feel overworked, understaffed, underpaid, and all together like a SLAVE! Not a good place to work for period.
