They did have me trained though as a Private Investigator- I have great instincts - I’ve had some big scores. I was getting experience- but I never got paid- they said you can collect the reward only to have my id thief neighbor steal those. I’d love to return to work to clean up their SIU case backlog. Need a challenge

Good people. Building management (not the company) has monthly free food in the lobby. Great location - can't beat downtown San Diego.

Severe IT issues. This company is about 10 years behind the competitors when it comes to online capabilities and "ease of use" for agents. Heck, the employees are all dealing with 3+ systems and they keep adding on new software without testing anything out for bugs prior to release. Management is incompetent and likes to flex their corporate muscles just to show they can. They keep losing people and don't replace anyone -- just keep piling on the work.
