Pros

Need to appreciate reviews who gave 4 + stars - Good job

Cons

No standard in paying wages $70 per day (all levels) They pay less than minimum wage act of labour law Wearing formal dress look professional, but behavior is un-professional No health insurance benefits No paid leaves Hardly understand what manager speaks Initially they tell $65 k per year when they book appointment for interview reality is end of the year we will not make $20K for all levels. They try to market how big the company is, In reality they don`t have branch for GSC in any other part of company. (Googled it but dint find any info) Hiring for different roles end of the day everyone hired are selling xfinity products in the kiosk of retail stores. No water to drink at the work place. Want to work weekends and get paid nothing for it. Restrooms are almost locked most of the time. No information about their big clients in website like Sprint, Xfinity .

Pros

The moment I stepped foot into the office I was introduced to everyone and was made to feel extremely welcome. There was an open door policy in the company and because I was only there for a short internship, management were caring enough to tailor the job role for my degree and teach the skills that I was personally excited to learn. I've done internships before where I spent my time printing documents and bringing coffee, this felt like real life experience and really helped me develop my confidence and people skills.

Cons

Having to say goodbye and go back to college after I had made so many close friends.

Pros

The people generally seemed to be nice, supportive and friendly

Cons

Very little insight into the actual job during the hiring process. You are expected to dress business professional to stand in a Best Buy for 8 hours a day. Unfortunately they also don’t tell you that you need to meet at the office before and after your working hours so any commute time to the office in the morning and then to your job site and back are unpaid. They also did not tell me during the hiring process that you are also expected to work 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday for a an incredibly low daily base pay. Other than the already mentioned red flags, they also informed us on our first day that we would not receive our first paycheck for 3+ weeks.
