      Competitive Salary, Ethical Business Practices in bidding, promote from within & reward longevity with the company

      Cons

      GTC is stuck in an old school construction mindset when it comes to employee benefits. We do not observe many holidays, have strict work from home policies, and before COVID you couldn't even work from home when it was dangerous to be on the road in winter.
