      flexible working hours, pay on time.

      lower than average pay, poor communication between seniors and juniors, only care about the profit but people, Very poor leadership and role model of senior level staff.

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
