      Stable, large company. Great company culture and employees. Senior staff are very invested in helping juniors develop and grow their career.

      Cons

      Just another cog in the wheel. They want educated, competent admin staff but are not willing to pay enough to keep them.

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
