      You get what you put in. Always new field work, learning opportunities. Smaller offices are better, more opportunities less fighting for work.

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
