Pros
Easy to get hired by this company.
Cons
There is no support for property managers, most of my job was fielding complaints from residents because the admin staff was at such high turnover. The pay is one of the lowest for this industry especially in Toronto. I'm not sure how anyone that requires their own car can live off of $30,000 per year. They do provide a "vehicle allowance" but it isn't much. Grumpy staff directed by a grumpier owner. I felt that because of all the firings and hirings it was just better to leave the company and find a more secure and stable organization to work under. Also if you take even one sick day, management won't talk to you for a week, its very frowned upon, even just one day and you can pretty much start looking for a new job - this is ridiculous.
