It's great to work here.

The hours are long for me.

-Salary/benefits are great Sometimes you get free stuff -Connections to Golf, staff golf tournament -Can wfh almost all the time if you want to

-Pretentious "teams" --especially sales, editorial -Blatant disregard for people's time/workload. -Will hold hundreds of meetings but wont actually get anything done. - Keep launching new products to sell just to appease Discovery but nothing actually works properly. -No diversity whatsoever -Everyone is expected to be attached to slack/emails 24/7. -Barely any promotions and when there are, they're minor.
