      The product is actually pretty good.

      Cons

      Insane expectations. Constant favoritism. Little thanks and a lot of criticism. People get ahead by schmoozing hard and schmoozing often.

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.
