Pros

Cons
I would not recommend working here due to several serious employment concerns. Employees are misclassified as independent contractors (1099), meaning no benefits, no tax contributions, and no legal protections, even for full-time labor. In practice, you’re expected to work up to 72 hours per week, on call at all times, using your own car and equipment, while being tracked via company phones. Early in employment, you’re required to spend two weeks at the West Palm office, performing phone work and other tasks that are essentially unpaid, making it feel like free labor. The company operates with a “mob mentality,” and although advertised as owned by a former police officer and supported politically, these claims do not reflect fair or legal employment practices. Overall, this is not a safe or lawful work environment. Misclassification and unpaid labor make it difficult to recommend.
