Pros
Relationships with colleagues are great. Pay was OK for me, not for many others.
Cons
Admin acts like big shots, but they are too small to actually be professional. No apparent accountability for poor management decisions. The politics suck. If you work here, just do your job, keep your mouth shut and go home. Admin is your adversary at GSH, do not trust them to do the right thing, for the patient OR for you.
