Pros
This organization is the most mission-dedicated health care organization I've ever worked for or heard of from my friends. From management to front-line staff, the priority is always the best care for our patients and their families. Excellent communication from the top down and outstanding support to employees in the field and in the office (I've been both).
Cons
Regulations keep getting tighter and tighter and harder to manage. My supervisors try as hard as they can to keep the focus on the patients and employees but there are so many things we are forced to do by regulations that it can feel complicated at times.
