Colleagues and Culture -> Great and experienced people all around Salary -> Only company i never had to ask for a raise You can get into very interesting teams or ... not
Cons
Hard to change departments. You can get stuck with older products and wont grow. Reorganization -> Many people were laid off in 2023 Company is in a terrible spot in the market. It seems like it cant find customers. Sales team turnover. Several important top managers left the company (Reasons unknown but probably didnt see future no more)
