Fun enviroment, nice colleagues and good culture.
Cons
If you don't come in with a high salary, it will be very difficult to renegotiate your income. Even if colleagues earn disproportionately more than you do. Also the bonus structure is yearly and if you were to leave before the pay-out date you will not get anything.
