Thanks For your review, at Gn4me, we have regular appraisals, with the main yearly appraisal. the salaries are looked at and modified at least once per year to reflect the performance and the market value, usually, low performers will not get good raises to motivate them to put more effort to match their colleagues effort.
We are proud at gn4me that we have team members working for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years. It's clear that they would not continue unless they are very well compensated.
the performance related compensation has always allowed us to keep good candidates, and push low performers to seek other opportunities that would better match their skills.
