Pros
I have been working here since 1.5 years and it is a good place to work if you are looking for an opportunity to work on new technologies. The management team is very supportive and is encouraging employees to learn technology related to data science, machine learning, AI etc. Also, the senior tech managers are very friendly and helpful. There is no hierarchy system and everyone work together as a team to meet project deadlines. Sometimes the work pressure is more, but employees are compensated with comp-offs and for outstanding performance, employees also get cash rewards as appreciation. The company also has a coworking space in the same building - GoodWorks CoWork. So events are regularly conducted here and Goodworklabs employees get free entry - so it is a good way to socialize and have fun time at work.
