I am very sorry to hear your feedback. What you describe is not at all the kind of behavior we want to be associated with. At Goodays, we have a culture of trust, responsibility, feedback, collaboration and an eutrepreneurial spirit. While I understand your concerns, I think it would be really helpful to have a conversation about it. Perhaps we can grab a coffee and discuss your thoughts in more detail?
I just wanted to highlight a few things in response to some of your points. Did you know that over 10% of our jobs are filled by internal mobility? We have had many employees who have successfully changed jobs or even moved into management positions. Additionally, our management team is constantly listening to feedback from employees, either directly or through regular satisfaction surveys. In fact, our last employee satisfaction survey showed an NPS of 51, which is great!
I also wanted to mention that most of the feedback we have on Glassdoor is actually quite positive and goes against the perception you've shared. I believe that I could give you a different perspective that's much more positive and aligns with our growth trajectory in the retail world and internationally.
