Pros
Being able to help others succeed especially those that need guidance on how to start and maintain a successful career path.
Cons
Everything but most importantly the so called leaders. New higher ups came in from Louisiana and the disasters came with them. Bullying, lying and just absolute disrespect to hard working people especially if you didn't match their style huge EEOC violations if you weren't ghetto and tied somehow to Louisiana you were targeted to be pushed out. Very unethical place and CEO is a disgrace along with entire team.
