Not in the job description - Employment Specialist Goodwill Employee Review

Not at all what the job was supposed to be. I was hired to help find employment for developmentally disabled adults. I was there for 3 weeks before I learned there was no expectation that the individuals in my charge were ever expected to work. There was no program guidelines: I developed the program from the ground up even there had been someone in my position for 3 years. The person who I was replacing trained me for 1 day before leaving.
