Pros
The tasks are easy, pretty standard as far as jobs go, My location was pretty laid back, and a good first job but does not pay enough to live off of.
Cons
Pays minimum wage with no raises, customers can be rude, hard to keep clean, The hour flexibility depends on managers, extremely high turnover people do not work there for very long. Also if people came in for assistance (if someone became homeless for instance) we were not allowed to give anything away for free but a majority of the donations go sit in a storage unit.
