Excellent work life balance. Great people to work with.

Hard to see the impact of my job since I am 10 times removed from customer. Feel like a very very small cog all the time.

-Lightyears ahead of technology you may not have even known existed -No other company can match the benefits -They care about you - you become their family and they become yours

-Somewhat reluctant to make organizational changes that simply must be made. You were carefully selected to join Google. I know it pains them greatly to have cut talent.
