Worst company I have worked for many promises but nothing really happens. Pay is bad to what the job requires. The title of the job is operations manager but what really the job is packing orders and routing. They mess up the pay almost every time a worker gets paid. Hours are bad but that is something they mention in the interview. You do not have a life if you work this job.
