General Managers and Shift Leads are paid bonuses based on simple statistics (ie. Warehouse cycles counts) generated by their lowest paid employees, Operations Managers.
goPuff is desperately trying to be part of corporate America they are really ignoring the basics of building a culture and a healthy company. I'm currently witnessing a GM work 80+ hours/week between driving and opertions while corporate won't allow scheduled overtime for hourly employees. They'd rather run a 20 some year old (salaried) into the ground than pay $19.50/hour in overtime to an Operations Manager that is in control of the daily operations.
