Management is not understanding. HR is slowwwwww at responding to requests. Literally took over a week for them to respond and I emailed multiple times. The amount of forms you have to fill out is ridiculous. They informed me that I would get a $0.50 raise after my 90 days, six months later I got a $0.25 raise. Unprofessional management
