There is no visiblity where your career is going, the targets will keep on increasing on a daily basis and will be increased without doing proper anaysis. No annual increments and variable pay is a scam. Please do not join, please...you will repent as they will make you work even if you have COVID and no empathy regarding the COVID situation, no work life balance and if you are not working all the time, you will be labeled as a non performer and not having any fire to work.
