Pros
It is an exciting and enjoyable place to work. I think the growth has really brought everyone up to the next level. Communication between teams has become a strength and really makes it easier to be successful at your job.
Also, the culture has gotten better and better since I have been here. I think they try to keep it fun with different activities, etc.
Cons
Not everything is positive when it comes to growth. There are challenges but everyone seems to want to work together to solve problems, which is a key to success.
