      Part of the civil service, flexible working

      Cons

      Very very toxic culture, expected to work unreasonable hours (I averaged 12 hour days) with no overtime or appreciation for this. I was bullied by senior leaders and discriminated for ethnicity. There is also no real development opportunities.
